BAFA funding available for German customers

BAFA Funding for Purchasing a Podbike FRIKAR for Businesses

The Podbike FRIKAR is now eligible for funding on the BAFA platform, making it easier for companies to invest in sustainable transportation.

Funding Details

  • Amount: Up to 25% of the purchase price, with a cap of €3,500 per e-cargo bike or trailer.

Eligible Applicants
Funding is available for:

  • Private companies, regardless of their legal form (including cooperatives) and similar type of activity (including freelancers) 

  • Corporations/institutions under public law (e.g. universities) 

"Please note: Applications are not accepted from private individuals, local authorities (such as municipalities, urban and rural districts), or their associated institutions (e.g., municipal companies) and associations."

 

Application Process

  1. Select an eligible e-cargo bike from an authorized dealer.

  2. Submit the application and required documents online.

  3. Await Approval: Once BAFA approves your application, you’ll receive a funding notification.

  4. Order the e-cargo bike from your dealer only after receiving approval.

  5. Provide Proof of use to BAFA online.
